  25. It may not take a miracle.

  27. Stylus (makers of the structured drawing program ProVector for 
  28. the Amiga) has announced some upcoming products/upgrades that may 
  29. help.

  31. I've had pretty good luck with PixPro using fairly high res scans
  32. of artwork, experimenting with its smoothing options, and doing 
  33. some manual point editing within PixPro where necesssary.
